Marie Josee MUKAMWIZA
Co-founder
Brief info

Josee’s passion for helping children and youth reach their full potential, and become agents of positive change led her to join her efforts with Frederic Hien to establish Impact4Life in 2020. With a love for children, art and science, and a background in Business Risk Management and Applied Statistics, she found opportunities to help children build skills to become independent and confident. Josee helped children in impoverished African communities and served children on a mission trip in Mexico. Josee has a passion for reaching the next generation with the Word of God. She is also the founder of WeHere LLC, which is an organization that helps connect volunteers to non-profit organizations. Josee initiated and helped establish the Women in Math and Statistics Scholarship fund with the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She holds a master's degree in Statistics from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and an Executive MBA from Duke University. She is grateful for the opportunity to affect the destiny of so many children in Africa and around the world.
