Kip is passionate about serving and empowering children around the world, especially the most marginalized. Kip has spent the last 12 years sharing the Word through local ministry and international mission trips serving the youth of Mexico, Haiti, and Cuba. He seeks to bring out the best of the children from hard places through crafts, vocational skills, and one on one engagement. His missionary journey allowed him to inspire children, help young people navigate through life to make good choices and have the best possible start in life, and break the cycle of poverty. Kip has held diverse leadership roles within the financial services industry for 25 years including risk management, revenue development, finance, and investment banking. He holds a B.S. in business administration and finance from Winthrop University and an MBA in international business and banking from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
